After some initial shocks and challenges during 2020, the technology, hardware, software and services markets have started showing great signs of recovery. According to reports, the global IT spending will be approximately in the region of 4.2 trillion dollars in 2021 which is an increase of about 8.6% from 2020 and that sharply focuses on bettering the customer experience. Now Indian IT spending is also not far behind as far as the percentage numbers are concerned it is expected to grow eight percent and will touch around 93 billion this year which is a great news for all of us.
