Innovation knows no age barrier. I have no inhibition in accepting that this boy Ishaan Singh, all of 16 years, pursuing his IB Diploma from Aditya Birla World Academy, blew me apart when I spoke to him yesterday for about 20-minutes.

DynamicCIO is really pleased to present a unique, out-of-turn episode of dynamicCIO talk show where we usually invite established, accomplished and acclaimed tech and business leaders however, this show is exceptional and an outlier in many ways.

We spoke to this young, school-going, sharp and smart lad Ishaan Singh who recently came to his own soil after spending 13 years of his early life in Dubai. He is passionate about making a meaningful contribution to the society with the help of Computer Science and technology. “I consider myself to be a problem solver and a social entrepreneur,” says Ishaan who has also co-founded an organisation known as Alumni Somnia, a student-led, non-profit that provides funding and guidance for student startups and student-led ventures. While his core focus is on completing his IB Diploma and pursue higher studies, but he devotes a lot of his spare time in building apps, websites and run interesting physics simulations.

Ishaan has developed a free, privacy-preserving mental health chatbot “INAYA CONNECT” that acts as the first point of contact for individuals suffering from mental illnesses. Inaya Connect is a free Chatbot and has already amassed over 3000 users in 50+ countries. It is also partnered with the Vandrevala Foundation and Juno Clinic, and is soon to be integrated with MIT PathCheck Foundation.

Ishaan is confident that this Chatbot has a bright future and will do wonders in the field of mental health.
